CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 26 July 2011, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Victor Arruda and Ann Marie Beaudoin. Applicant proposes reconstruction of existing driveway with pervious pavers at property located at 51 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 344.
Notice of Intent filed by Hans Noetzli, Sherwood Road Nominee Trust. Applicant proposes reconstruction of exiting rock revetment and extension of return at property located at 20 Sherwood Road and 1620 Samoset Road, Map 13, Parcel 133-A and Map 16, Parcel 25.
Notice of Intent filed by Galileo and Wendy Bonfini. Applicant proposes construction of single family dwelling and sewage disposal system at property located at 45 Garden Lane, Map 10, Parcel 398.
